Finally!! we made it to the Easter show. We were all set to come last year but we spent Easter in Brisbane and missed it. So we break the news to mahi in the morning and tell her we are going for the Easter show after her afternoon nap and she goes " No!! Mahi has to go to Chipmunks ( A play zone for kids in the mall near our house)" and followed by a big tantrum that could put your whole world to a screeching halt. It cooled down eventually and we got ready for the super Easter show fun day. 

It wasn't a bright sunny day and we had a cloud cover almost the entire time but we loved that more for all that we had to walk , the sun would have killed us. Had a couple of drizzles but all in all it must have been the best outdoors that we enjoyed as family so far and all because Little Mahi was ACITED!! 

It was bigger than we had imagined and even after being there for almost five hours we couldn't see the whole thing. There were three Ferris wheels and a couple of hundred rides. 

We played a lot of games and though not in luck much, we still got ourselves quite a few bring home.

We halted for a quick vintage horse show... 

We headed straight to the face painting booth from there. This would be Mahi's first face paint and I was so excited to see her react to it  and my O my has she grown or what!! After mahi chose the design to go on her face "Miss jumping Jill" sat so steady and calm like never before ( first shocker!!) Then once it was done she wanted to see the mirror again and again and goes" Mahi looking so preety" "Mahi looking so buuutiful" She would stop at the glass doors to just have a peek of herself. She loved her new experience ...MY lill PUNK!! 

The best thing about the show is that it had a lot activities and rides for her age group and that made it so worth it because neither me or daddy was interested in any of the adrenaline rush. Every single second of it was worth it and never again will we ever come back here with her being this little.

Next was the Ferris wheel and the only sane ride I was excited about... 

So we parked the stroller in the stroller parking area and all that she was worried about the entire ride was " OOH!! Where is the stroller"  " Ooh!! Can I see the stroller" " Is the stroller there" Now that's one responsible little girl.. 

So we saw this one kid with a bubble gun... and that being Mahi's weakness it very well went like this from there on" Mahi wants bubble gun" " Can we get the bubble gun" " Are we getting bubble gun" " Ooh!where is bubble gun" until we found it after a good half an hour hunt and from there on she aimed at every passerby and found the purpose for her life... 

There wasn't much left to grab her attention until the three bottles of bubble liquid lasted. 

This picture below is so very dear to me. You see all this while until now I am the one doing silly stuff around her and making her pose but this one is all her doing... She saw this dummy baby, she picked a cap , stood next to him and asked me to click ... looks like she is in the club to which mommy belongs!! 

The night fell upon us and though we didn't want it to end we could see that she was exhausted... Loved everything about the day and all the smiles,the giggles and excitement made it so worthwhile for mommy and daddy!! 

After a nice shower and a few minutes with her new wins she dozed off in exactly three minutes .... Yes!! this tired.. 

We are definitely coming back for the show next year!!
