Having Grandparents is the best ever thing in the world and to have a pair this loving and fun is just a super added bonus .Every time the little hands hold the firm fingers to walk there is an eternal  bond being made. It's been soo awesome, all the time spent with super grandpa and stunning grandma for Mahi. She has learnt, played, laughed and got loved ten folds in all these months when they were around. How much can one get pampered!! 

I have never experienced a bond this thick and close to my grandparents, though they were awesome but just never happened to be with them for very long. When I see Mahi with them I feel so grateful to God to have her feel their warmth so close.  

Evening playtimes in the park were Mahi's fave and she would get nanu's and nanya's shoes if they were not ready by the time she was. She would go on saying " Let's go nanu nana" " Let's go out" 

Nanu could be her most fave person along with daddy and Shubha atta.. mommy and nanya come after these people. She has such a strong connection with nanu... some of their conversations would be like .. Mahi :- " Naanu booger coming booger coming, Blanky( hanky)  please" and it was only with nanu's handkerchief that she would let us clean her up. Mahi:- " Naanu where are u (in a singing tone )"if she is not able to see him . He would be the first person she would run to in the morning and sit on his lap lazying and yawning. 

He would always  take a lolly pop or a small chocolate for her for the park and she would just just dig into his pocket and get herself a treat. 

They would go for long nature walks and nanu educated her with the names of birds, animals and plants that they saw on their way. 

Best friends forever!! 

Nanya would sacrifice her sleep with mahi's single call to her and start playing with her. When nanya's around we get to eat yummy food and delicious treats. She is so funny and living with a motive to put a smile on everybody's face around her. 

On the last day me and mum went shopping. The mall near my house is huge and demands a lot of walking so I decided to have one of these scooters for mum and she had such a great time shopping and exploring..  She is such a kid in heart!! Had a great time shopping :)

                             

 Farewell dinner ,raising a toast to a wonderful time spent together and looking forward to many many more times like these... 

I have" YOU" as my mum and that is the best thing that has happened to me in this life.

Finally came the day which we were just not looking forward to :( It was time for them to leave and we were already feeling so lost with the thought of not having them there.  Mahi thought she was going to India too!! 

 Nanya never goes out of  M "n" M's :)
