Not trying to be an early bird. It's just the need of the hour as I am going through an eye surgery tomorrow. Happy that I am for being glasses free, deep down its giving me some major goosebumps. Thought of doing the monthly blog before I go in my NO phone NO laptop zone :( for a good two weeks I guess. Hope I survive it (not the surgery but my time away from the internet)funny!!!


Well! Hello my giggle worm,

You are anything,but for what I got from Sydney. I can't believe what my eyes see and my ears hear these days. Where has my little baby gone? You repeat almost everything that we tell you to say and say it in such an adorable way that a simple word like " Get up" sounds heavenly from your mouth. Your grandparents can keep looking at you and get amused by your actions all day long. For them you are the most entertaining thing these days.

In spite of having a limited vocabulary you can pretty much explain yourself by actions ( it's like playing dumb charades ) a little example of what you do quite often is get your socks and shoes, give them to nanya and raise your foot high if you want to go out and play.All this while you would coo in the most adorable tone as if you are trying to say  "hurry up". That's just one of the many that you do.

You are still a very co-operative baby and while you went off feed last month, you have also started sleeping without being rocked ( happy mommy). It took me just two sleeps, that's how good of a baby you are. Well!! today when I was putting you to sleep you asked for " TORY". At first I couldn't get it but then I realized that you wanted to hear a "story"( that's what I told you yesterday and you remembered).

You were, you are and I know you will always be this awesome, happy little girl.

EATING:- I have no complaints about your eating other than your milk consumption. You have become even better ever since weaned mommy's feed. Your new fave is Leechee fruit and you eat it with a big smile on your face. Apart from that the only few fruits you eat are rockmelon,watermelon and papaya. You are eating your meals as before and have a cup of milk twice which is quite challenging.



 SLEEPING :- This month you achieved another big milestone. Ever since you have gone off feed you had to be rocked to sleep because mommy knew no other way. Well!! today is the second day and you slept after listening to a few stories( made a story with Elsa and mahi in it and it worked- Owe big time to the maker of Frozen). You sleep good ten hours and hardly wake up which makes mommy get a good sleep too.

PlAYTIMES :- It's quite hot and we get you out of the house only in the evenings. Your playtimes have become much more interesting now that you recognize kids and are always so keen to go and play. I can see you having a lot of fun everyday. With other kids you are gentle and till now I have never seen you cry over a toy or a ride. I can make out a bit of how your personalty would evolve when I observe you interact with others and I see a generous and adjusting girl. You surely work up all your tantrums with mom alone!!











We have appointed a very sweet caretaker for you here and she has been with you almost for two months now. You both have developed quite a strong liking for each other and as much as she loves you,she gets it all back in your hugs and kisses. Your face lights up when you see her in the morning. She takes care of you like her own sister and would fight to get your toy back while you are happily pushing the kid that sat on your ride.
Some connections are purely precious and this is one of them
