We tried to create two separate days in one due to the limited time, but we made sure that they were both unique and stand out special for our special girls. So on Sai's birthday ( a day before mahi's original) we also setup Mahi's birthday which had a different theme and a different dress code. I really appreciate all her aunts who got an extra change to match Mahi's birthday theme and were soo much fun and the Uncles who were totally up for wearing the colorful bow ties.

The cake that aunt Shubha ordered for Mahi was just gorgeous and we all just kept admiring when we got the delivery in the morning. She wanted a fairy to go on the cake and sent the picture of  Mahi's birthday dress to match the fairy's dress. Sooooo much detailing!! you are truly loved lill girl.

Though it was her celebration but I guess somewhere she knew it wasn't her day and the cranky pants were on the entire time. I think it was the loud music and the tiredness that was quite exasperating for her and therefore mommy and Mahi spent the second half of the party all by themselves, upstairs in the quiet room and the cake went back into the refrigerator, UNCUT!!
