13 months wiser!!

I have heard a lot of mum's say that the second year passes even quicker than the first with your lill one therefore we are going to be super active this year.


Hey Mahi, 

We had a great first year and I am so looking forward to having an awesome second one.You are growing soo quickly and everyday has a " OMG!" moment for me. You make me so proud with the little things that you do and I am completely awe struck with your charming personality. Naughty? Yes you are!! but considering that you are my baby I had taken it for granted, you are only a little less than what I had expected.You are growing nice!! behaving well and are a very happy kid. Therefore, so far so Good!! Lets begin with the second year of your life and make some crazy memories my puddle pie :)

Eating:- I have no idea where you are putting all the food that you eat. You have become such a good eater. We have introduced egg in your diet and you eat one full egg for breakfast. You are also self feeding some dry foods quite well.  I am happy with how you eat. 

Sleeping:- We finally got your sleeping routine on track and though you are still on two naps,you are making it to bed at night around 9.30pm now. Sleeping perfectly through the night waking up twice for your feeds.


Personality:- Truly speaking you cry only when you are in trouble. Hungry,dirty,sleepy or if you hurt yourself. Other than that you are all OK. You love it when I play chase with you and move as quickly,giggling all the way. Separation anxiety has hit you a bit and you don't like the idea of daddy leaving in the morning but you overcome in seconds. No Big fuss about anything!!

MILESTONES 

1. Walk along the walker too quickly. 
2. You take out sounds of animals ..LION ...CAT ... DOG 
3. You point towards clock and light when asked for. 
4. You say "B" when I say "A" .. 
5. You can tell your head, hair,eyes and nose.
6. You should be walking in no time. 
7. You hum with me when I sing to you. I am teaching you the Indian musical notes and when it come to "PA" you hum " PAPA". 
8. Wink your eyes when asked for. 



LIKES 

1. You love yogurt. 
2. You love exploring and go into the kitchen drawers and cupboards all by yourself. Mommy is cleaning day in and day out.Phew!!
3.You love your room and love to be there and play with your toys. 
4. I have seen you the most excited when you have company of other kids. You scream in excitement and often end up scaring the kids.


DISLIKES

1. Nappy change is still not liked. 
2. You get so irritated when when mommy tries to force feed you. I guess,because  you eat well you stop when you have to. 
3. You don't like the idea of going back into the stroller once pulled out of it in the mall ( tough times for mommy)
4. You need your sleep feed and do not like if you are just rocked to sleep without any feed. 


THINGS I WANT TO REMEMBER

1. Your humming is adorable. 
2. You start dancing as soon as the music plays. 
3. You are blowing so many kisses.
4. How you wink your eyes. Its adorable. 
5. You point towards the dish you want to have and it generally yogurt.
