Let's go to the ZOO!!

After postponing Zoo for almost a month we finally made it there and I literally thank God for all the delay now. The reason being that Mahi has been learning about animals off late and it was like an educational tour for her packed with sooo much fun. We had heard soo much about how fun Sydney's Taronga zoo is and finally got to experience it.

Mountain Goats... The last time we saw them were on our way to the Everest Base Camp!

The Gorilla family! simply adorable..

Much to my surprise you were terrified to go near any animal( even the carved ones...haha) and I always thought you loved them(probably from a distance). You picked up the word Gorilla after meeting them and call them"Oillas".

We stopped to say a hi to the Eli. Yes! that's what she calls it because of the little Eli that her big sister Arshia had sent her. It was Arshia's (baby) toy which she parted with to let little sister mahi  have it when she was born.

After a nice lunch we headed further to let mahi feed the sheep and pat the bunny. Although she had a nice look at the sheep, the bunny and the Pig she could not feed them because my baby found the water table.....

And in goes my water lover!!

We spent good one hour there and she was still not ready to come out. At least we know what to keep for the last when we come next. She loved every second of it and I was glad that the weather was warm enough, considering the rains that appear from nowhere these days......

Poor thing was absolutely exhausted with all the different ways she had exhibited her super excitement and we knew she needs to take a nap before we could continue. We set up a nice cozy patch and after rocking her to sleep we dozed off too.

Woke up all Fresh!!

And you little monkey, in your diff moods!!

The New things you learnt :-

1. Oillas( your interpretation for Gorillas)
2. Aany ( It's bunny)
3. OP! OP! ( that's a HOP for the bunny)
4. EEEER ( Sorry TIGER)
5. PEEG( PIG is clearer)
6.OIN OIN ( is OINK! that a pig does)

We had a great time and the best part was that we took it easy...... actually so easy that we must have covered, not even the half of it...ha ha!!  Guess,it will be nice to pick up from where we left in the next visit.....
