In all the hustle bustle of the daily routine I completely forgot to do your monthly blog this month. So we might be two weeks late but I still got it all there...... so really not missed on anything at all!!

On the 6th of Oct you turned 24 months and this year flew past even faster than the first. You are all grown up and the fun part in you still prevails. Not experienced the "Terrible TWO" phase just as yet. 

  

PERSONALITY:- Fun charming caring generous and social are a few traits of you which are very visible.  If I say "NO" for something, you go "Ok mama" and that makes bringing you up so easy. Your tantrum comes once in a long while and we all can cope up with it. We have not permitted you to look into any electronic gadgets and you are quite drawn to them though. So whenever you pick up the I pad all I need to say is " I pad is not for ?" and you go saying" BABY" and keep it down. Is this really how it's suppose to be.... this simple.... shouldn't you be giving me some fight for it... Just adore your small( BIG)personality there.

SLEEPING:- More than weaning you off feed I was worried about the rocking that I had to do to put you to sleep. My arms would hurt and I just couldn't take it anymore. Now from the past three weeks all we have to do is be near you and you would sleep. With having nanu and nanya home they have been putting you to sleep in the afternoons and mommy goes to the gym. In the night you need both mom and dad to be there when you sleep and you just go singing for good half an hour before you sleep.You most common  night songs are- 

" I LOVE YOU, YOU LOVE ME, WE ARE HAPPY FAMILY"

"JOHNNY JOHNNY YES PAPA ( the entire song) "

" DADDY FINGER ,DADDY FINGER WHERE ARE YOU, HERE I AM , HOW DO YOU DO"(this song is sung repeatedly with daddy being replaced with mommy, nanu, nanya and today even the lion"

Then you finally get sleepy and starts saying " Mama mahi neenu neenu" probably ten times before  finally dozing off...

OUTINGS & PLAYTIMES :-  Ever since nanu and nanya have come you have been very very happy for a simple reason that you get to do a lot of outdoors. Nanu being super fit and enthusiastic loves to take you to the park and for long strolls in the mornings , educating you about everything around. You know so much for your age at this time and the other day you caught a butterfly and were super pumped about it. In the evenings you go to the park with nanu nanya both and come home all excited and sweaty( just how kids should be). When at home nanya plays Tea party with you and nanu familiarizes you with books. You simply adore them because they are so playful and love you soo much. 

EATING:-   As for your daily intake you do your breakfast well and take one egg daily and some fruits with bread and jam to follow. You then have some milk leave for outdoors to get some Vitamin D. You come back to a hot fish waiting for you and eat it all before I tuck you in for the afternoon nap . Once you wake up it's lunch time which is a hit or miss sometimes followed by small corn cob and yogurt while you watch TV, In the evening you have your milk when we have our tea and go for park. You come back all exhausted and probably hungry to your dinner and go to bed with some 

milk. 

                                  

                              

LIKES :- 

     . Playing outside and digging in the dirt 

     .  Watching Daniel Tiger and Strawberry short cake 

     . Posing for the camera and then says "Show" to have a peek in the camera to see how it came.

     . Watching birds with nanu and he teaches her the different kinds.

     . Doing  Tea parties with nanya and mommy. 

     . Looking at her baby videos and photos.

     . Eating MnM's ( Which she knows she has to earn as they don't come easy) 

     . To play with her babies and gives them all the instructions. The other day I heard her say" Baby         potty in the pot ,,,ok! " " Finish your milk" " Time O clock for neenu neenu , eyes close" My lill         mommy. 

                                   

                                                

DISLIKES :-

        . Does not like to be over fed.

        . The time you come to your room for a nap, you fuss for around 2 min max and then just forget.

THINGS I WANT TO REMEMBER :-

Let's go for a happening third year!! 

I love making and following our own lill family traditions. It just personalize the whole idea of our genetic bond. The one that is so precious and very close to my heart is the pictures of my girl from the night before her birthday. This time she slept being One year old and woke up being a big Two year old girl.

I also had some balloons tied to her bed so that she wakes up to some new perspective and gets into the party mood right away. 

But just before we called it a night we let her raise a toast with her milk glass for the wonderful year that passed and the awesome year that was to begin...

Your birthday fell on a Tuesday and dad took off from work just to be with you on your special day. Isn't that the sweetest gesture. Also, your naanu and nanya made a special effort to be in Sydney right in time for your birthday. You are absolutely the luckiest lill girl. 

Your daddy was so excited like as if it was his own birthday and got a few of your presents to let you have a go on. Mommy just didn't like the idea because she was busy doing the house chores and  would not for the world miss your expressions while you saw each one of  your selected presents. SO we postponed it until after evening when you were to cut your cake. 

You still managed to tear open  a few !! 

You are kind of, in alliance with all the accessories mommy wants to load you with and I am liking the idea already.... 

We ordered a Strawberry Victoria cake from Passion Tree Velvet  and it was just the most delicious strawberry cake that we all ever had. 

Well, usually I am able to pick a few selected photos of yours out of the lot but this time I failed miserably. Hence, I might be overloading this post with a lot many photos because they are all my favorite.

You were so amazed when Naanya lit your birthday candle and  after you blew it off, you went           " AGAIN". So this candle might have been lit a minimum of twenty times and you were quick enough to blow it off, before we could finally cut the cake. Naanya has some patience.

Your first year passed in a blink of an eye and you learned so much and were such a sweet little baby , always ready with a smile. People would comment all the time on how happy you always were.  Being able to witness every one of your milestones has been so awesome.  Watching you blossom into the funny little girl you are today has been a dream and I can't thank your dad enough for giving me this opportunity to be home and letting me live my motherhood with so much pleasure. I cherish each snuggle and cuddle, each kiss and wished for you to never grow.
