Mahika's 2 year photo shoot!!
With daddy nanu and nanya home I knew I would enlist their help so that I could get some cute pictures of you . I have gotten some of the best pictures of mahi while daddy was around and this time with having nanu and nanya around it was all the better.
In Sydney about 20 minutes from where we live their is a real pretty picnic spot. Water,beautiful trees and so many birds.We came to this place for a barbeque just a day before and loved it so much that we decided to do the shoot here the next day. So we got all the stuff and setup all our props...
Had so much help from daddy, naanu and nanya and totally owe this shoot to them.
We took one of your hardly worn old dresses and modified it into this beautiful vintage attire with a cap to match with it.

A warm welcome to SUMMER!!
Me and kalyan were just out for some grocery shopping on this Sunday and as we got out of the house we both went " Beautiful day for a barbeque". It was the first day of summer and we could smell it.
Got all our stuff and in an hour we were on our way to hold our spot . Me and mahi were in winters only for a month though but the summer breeze felt so refreshing.
Out of all Mahi was extremely excited.... and for all legit reasons.... Mommy let her eat Popsicle!!

The Ice cream truck stopped by and Nanu just had to get her one. The pleasures of having grandpas around.. they know how to spoil their little princesses.
By this time we had got her enough high on sugar and while nanu, nanya and daddy took a good rest under the shade of the tree. Mahi and mommy went to the play area and got this little one exhausted
Had a great first day of summer and with that I might have ticked off one from my summer bucket list.

What we've been upto!!
This blog summary covers from 22nd Sep to 30thSep . We were so excited for mom dad to come and for all the fun times that waited ahead!!
Sleep times happen after a story from daddy and Princess Lilly is still a hit!! Mahi loves her times with daddy and is just soo excited on the weekends when he's around.
I feel so complete with them around... No matter how old you are, the little girl in you always comes alive when parents are there.
And she is best friends with naanu for all legit reasons . Apparently both of them get excited for the same reason... OUTDOORS and CHOCOLATES!! and they have been having soo much fun together. Just waiting for the last days of the winters to end soon.

And nanya has her own special moments with mahi teaching her manners and being soooo funny.

Let's SPRING out for some fun!!
Spring has come, flowers have sprung. We are so excited for the coming summer and here's our bucket list. Mahi is in that age where she is reciprocating to her surroundings and being more aware of whats happening around. I love to see her expressions when she sees something new for the first time and would keep talking about it for days. I am still listening stories about her airplane journey and India trip.
So let's get going and have some crazy fun this Summer!!
