Life these days!!

Life has been so busy and so entertaining ever since we have become parents. Have never had a single dull moment. Me and kalyan are simply loving all the small little things and trying to live each moment the best way that we can with her.

We have  great times ahead where our niece is turning 16 and mahi turning One next month. We thought over it and decided to have a combined birthday party for the two in Brisbane with the family.We have already decided on their themes and have been working around with the decorations these days. Decided to make a common invite which came up looking like this


So you see my hands are pretty full with planning two different themed birthday parties ,doing Mahi's room ( which has a lot to do still) and the occasional photo shoots that are just a part of routine now. Juts loving every bit of being busy !! 

Mahi and mamma still try to take out time for the park or going to the mall and letting her play in the 
playzone sometimes.

Thursdays we go the mall and have a little playtime until dad joins us after work.




And she gets super excited to see dad!!


                 And then we scream at every passerby for not responding!! loud!! Really Loud!! Mahi in action in the below picture.


We really love living soo close to this amazing shopping mall which has gone even bigger and can't wait to see the kids playzone opening shortly. Life is Good just too damn busy :)

We went for Mahi's uncle's birthday and the cousins had a real nice time ... Mahi being the smallest got so much attention and she seemed to have loved it..

Celebrating Lord krishna's Birthday!!

Living in a land so distant from your own makes you bond with your culture at a whole new level.Though there are countless things that we miss about India but the vibe of the Indian festivals cannot be replicated how much ever we try.But we will never stop trying and will make sure that the coming generation is made familiar with Indian and Australian festivities.After all the more the reason to celebrate the merrier life will be :)
This month we celebrated Lord Krishna's birthday with our very dear friends.They dressed their gorgeous son Adi as "Krishna",so mahi had to be "Radha"( Krishna's girlfriend). We had such a great time dressing them up. There was a mini photoshoot followed by some prayers and then the yummy food cooked by this lovely couple. Here are a few pictures from the day.















 Had a great time!! I am sure mahi and adi will cherish the sweet memories.
